Glad SportsClip reopened. Great staff, and good for the community. COVID 19 safe from what I can see and I hope things continue to trend upward for this establishment.

I understand we are in the midst of Corona Virus crises and we all want to finish the business as soon as possible. I don't think it is fair for the stylist to make a comments based on expectation of normal time.

I had never been to this barbershop before, but since it was nearby, I thought I'd try it out. I set an appointment for 2:14 PM, and got there at 2:10. After checking in, I was told to wait for an extra 10 minutes. The shop wasn't too crowded, and though there was a line, I was supposed to be first. Out of respect for the barbers, I waited outside patiently alongside the people behind me. It was very hot outside, but I tolerated the heat because I really wanted to give this place a chance. In the end, they left me waiting for over half an hour, without any updates or apologizes. It was past 2:50 when I received a notification saying that my barber was ready, but by then it was too little too late, as I had left in frustration at 2:47. I found this establishment to be unprofessional, and after reviewing the menu, I saw that its prices were higher than its competitors. After leaving this shop, I went to another hair saloon in the area, which gave me faster service for a better price.
